Why did I not know about this great site!?❤️
Looking for a coat for son at Christmas he directed me to Flannels after I’d scoured many designer sites both UK and EU looking for the right StoneIsland coat. I found it on Flannels and couldn’t resist also buying a gorgeous pull on jacket which he’d liked and which came up in Flannels sale! I don’t know how I hadn’t know about this site before???
I’ve been impressed with the range of items and the discounts from time to time. I’ve just bought a white HughBoss trench half price❤️
There is room for improvements
The app is great and gets the job done from browsing to checkout. However there are issues in after sales - such as the print order button doesn’t work. the order details itself can’t be viewed properly (can’t scroll across the see the full details). Option to amend email address. Unfortunately during registeration I made an error inputting my email address and this cannot be changed for whatever reason. I’m now stuck with that incorrect email address set up on the account and cannot receive emails/updates.
First impressions
I came across Flannels store whilst working in Liverpool and was really impressed so when I was recently in Sheffield doing my annual holiday shopping I came across the Flannels in Meadowhall. Although the store didn’t have what I wanted at the time I went home and looked on line and to my amazement I came across a truly superb collection at unbelievable prices. So in short I now shop on line and 90% of the time it’s with yourselves. Keep up with the good work and keep the sales going
