LOVE the new update
I love the new Harrods app it’s so easy to use! All the information you need is there including rewards points, your tier benefits & offers. My favourite part of the app would have to be the favourites section where you can see all the items you have added to your wish list.
To make this app even better it would be great if customers can use their rewards balance online instead of just in-store , in addition if a restaurants tab could be added to make booking and to see your existing restaurant bookings for a true one stop shop on the app!
Stunning Upgrade
I am loving the new look and feel of Harrods’ upgraded app. It is incredibly user friendly and has such a personalised feel which aligns with the luxury of the brand. I particularly love the upgrade to the rewards information sharing exactly how many points I have accumulated and the spend needed to reach my next tier. The upgrade of my rewards card to my phone wallet is also fantastic too! A must-have app for any Harrods customer, particularly when visiting the store as the store map is invaluable!
Best Luxury shopping App
I’m so pleased with the new Harrods App it’s has all the latest updates you need from the latest fashion to sales. It’s really special to see your name when you open the app. It reminds you of the rewards points you have and what’s even amazing is you get extra rewards points when you spend during your birthday week. It gives you all the latest trends and support at your fingertips. You can use the app to access store map and much more. Really worth it!!
