LOVE the new update
I love the new Harrods app it’s so easy to use! All the information you need is there including rewards points, your tier benefits & offers. My favourite part of the app would have to be the favourites section where you can see all the items you have added to your wish list.
To make this app even better it would be great if customers can use their rewards balance online instead of just in-store , in addition if a restaurants tab could be added to make booking and to see your existing restaurant bookings for a true one stop shop on the app!
App Review
I have always had the app however with the new updates I quickly updated my old version. For me the new app offers a sleek and intuitive experience for users and I think this will make luxury shopping more accessible than ever FINALLY. The navigation is seamless and it is now more visually appealing. I find browsing through the app more of a pleasure than a headache now.
One standout feature for me is its smooth checkout process, which was a little bit of a nightmare before. I purchased a candle and a wine hamper and the order was placed within minutes. Additionally, the app provides convenient access to exclusive offers, and explains loyalty rewards, literally breaking it down per tier.
NEEDED IMPROVEMENT👏🏾
Stunning Upgrade
I am loving the new look and feel of Harrods’ upgraded app. It is incredibly user friendly and has such a personalised feel which aligns with the luxury of the brand. I particularly love the upgrade to the rewards information sharing exactly how many points I have accumulated and the spend needed to reach my next tier. The upgrade of my rewards card to my phone wallet is also fantastic too! A must-have app for any Harrods customer, particularly when visiting the store as the store map is invaluable!
