Description
Flow delivers a continuously evolving learning and development solution tailored to the hospitality and tourism sector, providing accredited, certificated training throughout the industry. Flow has been designed to inspire learning through our comprehensive portfolio of innovative and engaging online modules. The Flow App continues to evolve this approach providing key functionality such as:
1. Feed – The Flow Feed provides an overview of all time-bound priority items based on their due dates (i.e. training due dates, noticeboard and news item published dates, appraisal due dates, etc.) all in one place. This feature puts the trainees needs first, ensuring they can easily view priority items as soon as they access the App.
2. Training – The training section allows trainees to view their outstanding and completed training, both online and external. Trainees will be able to launch training directly from the App.
3. Communications – This section allows users to view their company communications. Unread items will be highlighted, thus providing an easy way to keep up-to-date with company news and important documents.
4. My Career – This section will provide a basic career overview including upcoming appraisals and career mapping info. This section will also include the “Library” where users can save notifications and news items for future reference.

Ratings and Reviews
Disappointing, disaster & annoying
So poor functionality, annoying to utilise, displays on landscape at all times, interacts with other settings of the iPhone or iPad, just blocked on test results, no option to close the window and comeback to the test. A complete different version for IPads that doesn’t even recognise any link provided - click & no page found :( really annoying format, really annoying course structure, that will mix up with your device settings. The only chance I had was n my Iphone, but as I said it’s stuck/ blocked after I finish the test with no option on closing the window and coming back to the initial menu, I’ve tried everything , there is no closing cross, no other way. And these are stuff we have to waist our time and wellbeing for employment. I’m so fed up with it.
Had nothing but trouble with it
Had nothing but trouble with it, it logs me out lots, when I try to log back in with the same password it suddenly doesn’t work. When I try to tap the ‘can’t access your account’ bit it crashes.
Had trouble with some units on the app crashing /not starting and im not able to continue with the other units until that one is completed (you can’t skip units). I contacted support to report this issue and they did reply quickly but it doesn’t seem to have been resolved and the advice was to use a non Apple device (I used an iPhone and a Mac), which isn’t an option for me.
Just incredibly frustrating and buggy app that I now can’t even log in to.
Makes Training Even More Tedious
This is without a doubt the worst app I have ever used. Clunky UI, glacial loading time and insipid games make work training even more of a hassle than it needs to be.
