I’m sorry but what a joke , I’ve waited 4 weeks for my points to be added onto my account, I’ve not only got 28 days to use my other set of points because of this! , also every time I try to add something into my basket it’s come up “sorry not available” when it clearly is available , when trying to access my basket “ unable to load” , and when I do finally manage to get through to the payment section , It doesn’t allow me to use my points ????? WTH is the point of having points if I can’t use them ? Ridiculous. Have also tried emailing Footasylum to have the matter sorted and haven’t heard anything back , have tried contacting the customer service team & still nothing . Joke
Doesnt even work!
Whenever I try to add an item to my bag it just says “sorry, this item is not available” this means that I cannot use the app to purchase anything, only to browse! This also means that I have to use the website which doesn’t have the products that I can find on the app. This needs fixing as I am willing to pay for these products but I’m being denied the opportunity to do so!
Annoying and out of date
Trying to find items seems to be impossible on the Footasylum app.
Compared to the website the app has tons of “unavailable” items.
Most of which Footasylum no longer sells and need removing from the app asap.
Its confusing and deceitful to customers when those items are presented as available when really they havent been for weeks maybe months!
Not sure whether its pure laziness or lack of common sense but usually when you sell out of something or a size, you remove that item or size from yr app. That way customers known what’s available and whats not.
Also it might make some pages look less cluttered as well.
While your at it please make it easier for customers to be able to tell the difference between whats availabile and whats sold out as just saying a item/size is “unavailable” is just annoying and confusing especially when after weeks and weeks it still doesnt come back as its not clear that you no longer sell it
