Good app but not working properly
The person in store told me to sign up for this and it’s a really good idea. However been trying to add my receipt details to claim my cash manually and it doesn’t accept the details - doesn’t say anything once I press submit (and doesn’t tell me it hasn’t worked either). So annoying that feature isn’t working in the app.
Not the best
Haven’t used the app since my last shop. I have to log back in, should be an easy thing to do. It takes me to the page to enter my phone number and it won’t let me type my number!! I’ve deleted the app twice to see if that helps but it’s still the same. It’s not good and is not fit for purpose. If your app doesn’t work just go the old fashioned way and give out loyalty cards instead. It’s a lot of hassle for not much of a reward sadly.
A lot of bugs need to be ironed out
Wish it didn’t sign you out as much as it does, the phone number issue people seem to have occurs when your phones text font is too big. Just shrink it to log in and make it big again, but it’s about time they fixed it.
