A lot of bugs need to be ironed out

Wish it didn’t sign you out as much as it does, the phone number issue people seem to have occurs when your phones text font is too big. Just shrink it to log in and make it big again, but it’s about time they fixed it.

when you go into JD and they big up their new app because you’ll get like 6£ when you register Do Not Waste Your Time it is atrocious you cannot enter your mobile number without using autofill or resizing your text size on settings you cannot view your JD cash balance i tried to enter my receipt info to earn my “JD cash” and it told me i had no money to add because my order had been refunded i had travelled an hour the store didn’t have the shoe despite saying they did when i called so i decided to use their in store ordering service placed a home delivery order paid and left with just the receipt as proof the shoes are due to be delivered within 3-5 days but i have not even had any order confirmation or order info at all to then be told by a poorly made and horrendous app that it’s been refunded i’m furious i’ve spent 2 hours on hold to customer service who have told they can’t track a refund without an order confirmation which i do not have

I bought a new shoes last night from the JD store on Oxford Street. It was EA7 shoes Unfortunately when I went home, I discovered that they gave me one New pair and the other one which was on the display which was very dirty. I came back today to return it and I told the supervisor the story and she was just very cool and said sorry and that’s it and she did not returned the spray, which I bought with the shoes as she said this is the policy. I told her policy is satisfying your customers specially when there is mistake happened because I bought the shoes with the spray protector together and now I’m returning both of them together but she said won’t be able to return the spray which is very annoying and very bad customer service. I will not buy anything more from this store again, and I will inform all my friend about this unsatisfying customer service.

About time jd did this foot asylum have done it for a while it’s a great incentive I for one prefer to shop where I get rewards, iv over the years have purchased £1000’s of pounds from jd as discount are never really on the items we have wanted it would of been great to earn points having 5 children the most of the time want Xmas and birthday gifts from jd…rewards will make me want to spend in their store so I’m supper happy for rewards system extra bonuses etc too should be a thing but very happy customer
