I’m sorry but what a joke , I’ve waited 4 weeks for my points to be added onto my account, I’ve not only got 28 days to use my other set of points because of this! , also every time I try to add something into my basket it’s come up “sorry not available” when it clearly is available , when trying to access my basket “ unable to load” , and when I do finally manage to get through to the payment section , It doesn’t allow me to use my points ????? WTH is the point of having points if I can’t use them ? Ridiculous. Have also tried emailing Footasylum to have the matter sorted and haven’t heard anything back , have tried contacting the customer service team & still nothing . Joke
No Refund, and terrible app/service
It’s been a whole month since I returned 2 items, and to this day the money hasn’t returned to my account, and whilst trying to go on to the ‘Returns and refund’ section on the app, it wouldn’t load properly even though my wifi is perfect
* they need to stop focusing on making dumb videos with these influencers on YT and need to focus on their poor customer service and fix their app *
I love the store but the app needs work
I’m actually reluctant to write this review, because I actually love shopping with a Footasylum. However, your app is atrocious. You can’t search a shoe. You have to scroll through Hours to find the shoe you want when you make an order. It still appears in your basket so you have to wait for the confirmation email to see if it’s actually gone through or you end up purchasing twice, update your basket or click on the photo to check the picture before you buy it. You have to delete it and go back through the whole process of finding it again. Everything seems quite long-winded for something that should be relatively easy. I hope you do fix your app because I would love to be able to shop further with you.
