Languages

Great update
Really great update guys. I am now not able to sync my FOREO cause it says it is not synced. However when I go to my treatment I am able to select one and after that I am not able to scan my mask it just does not work anymore. So I have now a very expensive device and lots of masks that I am not able to use anymore.
EDIT: I feel that I really need to amend my review after the latest update. Everything was fixed and the app was updated with a nice voice that guides you through your mask and relaxation treatment. It is so much better then it used to was. I also feel heard as I have left some suggestions on the Kickstarter page and I can see them in the app. Amazing! One more suggestion would be to not have to pair my device every single time, or to just be able to access mask section without pairing so I know how many masks I have left and also to not have to scan the mask every single time before the treatment when I have already scanned the entire box when I got it.
Deleted my devices
What happened? You deleted my registered devices, telling me I can’t connect them any longer and telling me I need to chat to the adviser. I did this, was told to reinstall the app etc, which I did, but I am still unable to connect my devices and I am told that no agents are available for a chat? My devices are now essentially useless bricks without being able to connect them, I paid a lot of money for them. If I can’t connect them, refund me for this! Absolutely appalling
In addition to that, I have to now watch adverts on the app! Full screen compulsory, which I have to wait for 5 seconds to skip. I pay for device, then for masks, then I have to watch the adds to drum up even more revenue for you? How’s this ok?
A bit scamy
Paying so much for the device just to learn that I need to pay extra for some of the special treatments!?
Money making never ends I guess!
