Customer support let the game down!

The game itself is great and if you find a good cooperative guild even better, however I strongly advise you never make in app purchases, they will often steal your money and when you contact customer support they will not only be unhelpful but have even gone so far as to call me a liar! Now I can appreciate there are a percentage of people that will try there luck to blag some free diamonds but when all said and done they don’t have any actual monetary value and are nothing more than graphics on the the screen so you would expect for the sake of good customer relations and the age old “the customer is always right” attitude they would be more supportive considering the small percentage of blaggers versus genuine people would make them more concerned with good customer relations and service. Not so, they will happily insult you and call you a liar than support you! So I cannot say enough, okay the game, enjoy the game but DO NOT make any in app purchases. Big let down! 😞

Honest but fair review

First off I love build a city / empire kind of games and have played most of them and still do Clash of clans sim city build it crime city etc etc and I have to be honest this game looks pretty and it’s does have a war type section ish but it feels tacked on and is arbitrary the auto fight button gives an auto finish section meaning the style of play you may bring to the war battle is irrelevant it’s just so boring and pointless it costs around 300 coin to produce an army but when you win a area you get 100 coins so It’s not worth playing. Back the the build and upgrade portion of the game it’s pointless it’s little more than click bait there’s nothing to do, example quest build two pots so I go to pottery and click pot and build it takes 15 mins that’s it. Take Township an example quest build 4 hamburgers so I harvest the wheat feed the cow plant toms for the ketchup it’s involved and creating and it’s a detailed but fun way to progress in the game the complete order will gain me money enough to upgrade my tomato field so I can produce more toms etc etc.
This game doesn’t do that it has no point rewards are non existent and the buildings just space filler.
Your goal is to progress to the next Age which gives you ..............different building to click on.
What I will say is it’s free to download and try and my opinions are my own you might enjoy this game. Sadly I didn’t

Game changes

Been playing fir a lot of years and the changes are many fold. Recently fragments as prizes are a real pain as it takes so long to collect anything useful. The rewards in GE are a lot less than they were. Rarely get diamonds as as a higher era player very few decent prizes. All these can be sold in the Antique Fair but that takes a long time and some are only worth a few coins at best.
Expansions are only few and far between which as your city grows becomes a real problem. I used to think that as I progressed I could delete older stuff and replace with newer buildings but because of no new expansions thus us virtually impossible.
I still enjoy playing but it is not as good as it used to be. Many of the events are ok but prizes are difficult to achieve and never revisited.
And finally the developers don’t really listen to the playing community that well or these issues I’ve mentioned would have been resolved and avoided. I still play largely due to the guild I am in which is not only supportive and helpful but a lot of fun as well. Without it I would have stopped playing sometime ago.
