All working now since being logged out, just log back in and it’s working, it would be nice to have known this was the case! Maybe better information in the future..

Still this app does not do a full 24 hour play back, please how can any one want to use this equipment with an app that does live viewing only, I suggest you avoid this equipment and buy hikvision, full app with full live view and full play back with no issues!

Nearly a year has passed and still this same issue has not been fixed, I would suggest not buying any equipment that’s used this app :- When doing play back recording only starts from 04:30 am until 21:30 you can not go any further back or forward even though the NVR is recording 24hours no problem shame really everything else is working fine so would have got 5 stars. Not sure what the issue would be since Hikvision NVR and the same app set up through Hikconnect and that works a treat, would give it 5 stars if you could sort out the play back issue.
You need to add a time search because at the moment you can only select the day but the time line only starts from 4:30am to 09:30pm from 09:30pm to 04:30am you can not view the playback even though the unit is recording fine on the nvr

This is anything BUT a good working camera system. It is poorly made. The playback is terrible and the set up is an ABSOLUTE nightmare. It took me A WEEK to finally get ONE my cameras working and even then the quality of the app itself is poor. I’ve followed every step multiple amounts of times to set up my last camera and it is now a month since and my camera is still not working. There is zero support when it comes to help support. At this very moment I am dealing with my cameras recent problem that’s been bought to light. It seems to only want to notify me of motions for 1-2hours and for the other 22hours the camera is apparently sleeping. I REPEAT, DO NOT USE!
