Bugs since major update
Since the layout has changed it seems to be running slower when opening app. Also needs to be logged in more often and I have found that I need to add cameras manually now . Please bring back the old version.
Doesn’t allow me to Playback
This app is pretty basic. When I’m watching the app footage, I randomly get messages saying I haven’t been active for a while.... like what the hell. I’m watching my cctv and then every 5 min or so I have to click off the notification. I also can t use playback. Keeps saying ‘querying video data’. When I select a date, it automatically goes to the year, 1970.. like what? Awful app and it’s even worse because recently my van was stolen and every time I want to playback, I have to use the main system. Not good enough as I want to view it on the go ...
Error 400
This is now the second time in two months I have had this same error on my IOS, I got it working the first time but now I can’t, this needs sorting because of not being able to get this going, it failed to pick up on an intruder and notify me, this needs to be dealt with as a matter of urgency
I have had a lot of issues with this app on my devices, I need to mark a prowler to give the police but it won’t playback on my device only on the main camera set up
