Give this a go!

I was diagnosed with CFS in my early 20s just after leaving uni and since then have tried lots of different things to help. My symptoms have gone up and down in that time, at times manageable and at times really debilitating. I’d already been looking into mind-body tools after reading about the science behind them online, so was cautiously optimistic about trying this app (pleased to see the money-back offer too if I didn’t find it helpful, not something everyone offers!!) The early lessons have been easy to work through (I especially like the brain training) and I’ve genuinely noticed a huge improvement with my symptoms over the past few weeks. The content is well paced and positive - I feel like I’m being coached through a new way of looking at my CFS and how/why my body produces symptoms. I could say lots more, but overall would recommend to anyone who’s open to learning more about a mind-body approach 🙂

Very sceptical to very grateful

When I downloaded this I was very very skeptical about the mind/body approach but I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in a couple of weeks, which has caused me to completely rethink everything I thought I knew about the disease.

I’ve been suffering with ME/CFS for over a decade now and I have tried everything to get better including too many diets to list, supplements, graded exercise, medication, meditation and a load of other stuff and nothing worked or it had a minimal effect at best.

This is first thing that has had a noticeable effect and until this I was slowly degrading as the months dragged by.

Before this when it was suggested a mind body approach would help me it actually made me pretty angry. But there is masses of hard science showing how much the nervous system affects everything in the body and how it is able to produce all the negative symptoms we all feel. This is not to say it’s in your head, the symptoms are very real but are caused by a malfunctioning nervous system and this app shows you the science in an easy to understand way and gives you steps to correct the problem. It really made everything click for me and explained all the PEM and strange symptoms.

Try it, you have nothing to lose. I wish I had earlier!

Freeme is amazing!

I have CFS and I’ve tried so many things to make it better. I was at a real low when I found Freeme, and overwhelmed with all the things out there that people try. For some reason I decided I would give Freeme a real chance and I’m so so glad I did. Its given me the first explanation of this condition that actually makes sense. I find the sessions super helpful, especially when I’m feeling worse than usual. I can’t tell you how differently I feel about my condition now! Every one of my symptoms has gotten lots better and I’m no longer always scared of the next crash. Im not fully there yet, I still get little bits of brain fog and fatigue, but I feel in such a better place than I was before! Thank you Freeme.
