Good support
App was crashing for me even after new updates fixing crashes. After leaving a review here, support got in contact with me and managed to see the cause of the crashes simply by looking at my account email.
The cause was only on my account/app in particular and they helped fix it very quickly!
Overall, great support and you can’t complain about the app itself...it does everything the web app does and if you don’t like that, don’t use freshbooks :)

FreshBooks is hands down the easiest Accounting (and MORE!) software out there. I tried a few and they were all very difficult to learn. I needed something easy and was in a rush to get my Business sorted financially and this worked a treat. Not only is it quite easy to navigate and learn but it is brilliant and they have really thoughts of everything. Try it! You won’t be disappointed.
Nearly perfect
After a shaky start where it didn’t want to synchronise with my account, after a quick technical support ticket it is now working fine.
It’s still lacking a few features that you can access through the website but hopefully these will be added in due course.
