Fusion Online mobile app allows students to pre-order their school meals ahead of time and to check their purse balances. This works by communicating in real time with the school's cashless system (Impact or Fusion) to provide accurate information to both the student and the school kitchen.

Needs adapting for Staff/adult use!!! 😏

I often bought lunch from school canteen, pre Covid & introduction of this system. This is first time I’ve used this and disappointed that I can only order 1 filling for a baked potato (wanted ham & cheese), Max of 5 items in salad box (which takes up lettuce, toms, cucumber, peppers & onion) with no option to add extra coleslaw/beetroot/pickle. I couldn’t order these items separately as it said 1 salad box only. As it dies most things BUT I could order 20 fizzy waters, milkshakes or juices!!!!!?!? Ridiculous! As an adult I should be able to order what I want especially as we’re getting charged VAT on food. 20p extra for baked potato & 36p for salad box.

This app worked great before lockdown but the first day back when i tried to order i had been logged out. I have tried logging in countless of times with different emails and passwords but still no luck. I have also told a teacher about this and all they told was to update the app, which i already did as soon as the update came out, and nothing. I don't know what to do.

If this is a good app, then I’m the President of Amsterdam! I’ve been a professional app for 500 years and never in my life have I seen such debauchery before. I’ve ordered at least 3 rolls and I’ve yet to receive any of them, the only thing I can look forward to is my money being robbed by you heathens! Not only that but after almost 2000 Hours of waiting my pre order of Saints Row 2 hasn’t even been confirmed for shipping!! I really hope you ‘app designers’ improve you’re ‘app’ because as a professional of being touched this is simply unacceptable.

App is currently missing a Cr at the beginning and has an extra p ant the end! Id go as far as to say, most weeks we have some sort of problem. A few weeks back my daughter ordered 2 of the same thing, and apparently that doesn't work... well it works in respects of taking the money, just doesn't work in actually delivering the amount you paid for. 2 weeks ago we had mystery or theme deserts. No explanation of what you are getting at the best of times, let alone theme desert 1, 2, 3...? I have a fussy child and the lack of detail makes a difficult decision impossible, so i end up putting money on the app and then have to go to the shops. 😒 Last week had errors when we tried to order, so back to the shops again.Try to place orders today and nothing... just a blank screen. So... yep just off to the shops to buy lunch.

‘Deactivate your account’ link/button removed from app home screen. Add the ‘Deactivate your account’ link to the bottom of the side-menu. Clicking this link prompts if the user wants to proceed and notifies that they will be logged out if they do.
