After the disastrous incompetence of Dash GA have now managed to introduce an even more useless App. Although I am registered on the GA website the App will not recognise me. It sure not have an option for my station - Manningtree - even though this is an option on the website. Why does GA waste our time with apps which don’t even come close to working. All the reviews for this app are lousy so it’s obvious that GA doesn’t read them - and has complete contempt for its customers.

It sure not have an option for my station - Manningtree - even though this is an option on the website. Why does GA waste our time with apps which don’t even come close to working. A good start. However, useless if you want to buy parking in advance of trip. App will just charge you from the minute you make booking to departure time - extracting max amount of cash from your pocket.! Just need it to have a start time and date , and finish time and date. If just made the change we would be looking at a rating of five star.

Doesn’t work, why try & replace DASH with another useless APP

I was really excited to see that GA Parking had a website / APP for parking unfortunately it didn’t last long! I’ve registered for an account, downloaded the APP & I can’t login says account details not recognised, this is the same error as DASH Park - please get this fixed all I want to do is pay for parking on an APP instead of having to waste time with a website.Please get it fixed ASAP 👍🏻
