Excellent service

I found this service excellent. Easy to use, many choices of the type of car you want from city car to mini buses. We booked a return transfer from York to Manchester airport for our 10 day holiday abroad. Our driver was excellent. He was punctual, polite and courteous. He texted to introduce himself and kept in touch at every step. From immediately after we booked, to setting off to collect us, to when we had our return transfer after our holiday in Cyprus to confirm when our flight was due to land. I would definitely recommend this service.

2 story’s - 1 excellent, 1 awful!

We went to Rome and my wife and I had an excellent experience of being met by a driver and driven to our hotel in central Rome. We were also picked up for our early flight back at 4am and driven again in comfort to the airport. Great experience. The app worked well.

One week later we decided to use the service again to get a transfer from Geneva airport to Chamonix with my family of 5. We arrived in Geneva and the driver was not there. We waited 20 minutes whilst trying to contact the driver. Nothing. I then contact the support through the app, who claimed they had emailed me (whilst on the flight) to let me know the driver had cancelled and they had no replacement. I asked for an immediate refund and they said I had to reply to an email with refund options. I waited 2-days and rang them again after receiving no emails from the company. They didn’t have my email address on file and hadn’t refunded me. I gave them my email details and asked them AGAIN to refund me. Three further days passed without an email. So I rang again and they still didn’t have the email address on the file, although they had refunded me finally. Extremely painful and disruptive to our holiday. We ended up having to UBER the journey both ways, which was expensive but very reliable.

Left Stranded at airport

I booked a taxi to take me to airport and to bring me back from airport as flight got in early hours of the morning. The taxi going turned up early really nice driver and said to us it will be him picking us up. On return we arrived back at 1am so booked to be picked up at 1.50 am. We waited and waited no transport turned up so I called the driver he told me the job had been taken off him 2 days earlier to which I was unaware. I was left stranded with a young child in the early hours of the morning. There was a lady on our flight also booked through this company and her transport did not turn up either I think it is unacceptable that a loan women traveller and a traveller with a young child should be left stranded. I had to pay for another taxi which left me out of pocket as I called them and they said they could not get anyone else.i have complained I did get a refund for what I paid them but it still left me out of pocket which I think they should pay the difference. I will NOT be using again and if I could give 0 stars I would have. If you do not want to be stranded DO NOT USE
