I am unable to place my classes in to my calendar! I see that was a previous issue how do I correct this please

Confused - how to book at different studios?

The app works fine for one studio use as a member but I now have 3 studios/gyms using GF and can only book on one if I am logged in. Please make booking at multi venues easier. I can’t see a Glofox instruction video on your site either. That would help.

Can’t switch gyms to book a different class

Absolutely no idea how to switch gyms, do I use the same password for Glofox? Logout then log in and have to reset my password every single time to switch gyms? Why can’t you just switch in the app?

Currently, the app is designed for single gym access per login, which explains the need to log out and back in to switch gyms. We acknowledge this is an area for improvement.
