Aidex integration not working
I have connected my Aidex CGM account and the data is available in the web view, but doesn’t show in the app so I am not getting data in Apple Health.
How do I get support to solve this problem?
The old app was better
On the old app it only imported the blood readings that had not previously been uploaded. This app uploads every single reading you have ever taken….. every time!!! Battery drain is going to be horrendous!
Shocking!
More appalling procurement decisions from the NHS! This app is down there with the worst of them!
Largely unresponsive and unpredictable. Not at all helpful when you have diabetes.
