The worst App ever
So another really poor NHS Procurement decision. I was told I had to ditch my wonderful Bluetooth enabled meter as GP would no longer support the testing strips and I’m left with this a truly terrible app that only works when it feels like it, won’t link to Health and my other devices I feel like I’ve gone from a Rolls Royce to a Reliant Robin and it will impact my control if I don’t have the working tools. Surely with a contract the size of the NHS you can invest in a working App.
Horrendous
Nothing updates. I was going to buy a Bluetooth version of my monitor, but after using the Q and manually adding my readings… I don’t think I’ll bother. The app doesn’t update in any part. The calendar is stuck on 20 August… the date I installed and set up the app. The readings don’t update when you add a new reading. Terrible app. Use Apple health if you want to track your readings.
Aidex integration not working
I have connected my Aidex CGM account and the data is available in the web view, but doesn’t show in the app so I am not getting data in Apple Health.
