Appalling

This is an appalling app. Setting up is a nightmare. It’s impossible to set up or link with this meter.

Didn’t write blood glucose data back to Apple health

The old GlucoRX app wrote blood glucose data back to Apple Health - this app doesn’t seem to do that. I use Apple Health to combine the readings from many different devices so this is a major step backwards. Also the graphing in this app for glucose level is a step backwards from the old GlucoRX app - the vertical axis doesn’t scale properly and the graph is so small as to be unusable. The horizontal zoom is way off too - I don’t want to see a year of data, I need to see what’s happening over a period of a few days.

So I’m sticking with the old GlucoRX app for now.

Please fix this!

Oh dear

This app seems amateurish and untested.
Surprised the company send out a leaflet promoting it. I’d want to keep it hidden until it was tested and the many problems resolved.
I gave it 2 stars for ambition because if all the features that show as options actually worked it would be very useful and the appearance is good so far.
Here are 2 specific problems:
1) the information from the Health app is selectively imported. Eg. Weight is not imported and this may be because this app only seems to allow stones. I use kilos. The app does not allow you to make manual entries. I checked the “settings” option on the line menu to see if kilos could be chosen but there are no settings, just a “No data found. Try again later”. Really? Why have the menu option?
2) under the emergency section for allergies and implants, the implant section does not allow you to save the information. No error message or highlight of missing information. Just no save.

I’m not going to list all the problems. That’s the tester’s job.
