Useful but adverts annoying

The app is very useful to scan items as you shop. Slightly unusual items are often not found, only usual brands - but often M &S items not here. After scanning about 5 products adverts can appear and sometimes you have to wait 20 secs before an x will appear to get rid of it. Annoying! Otherwise very useful and handy to have shopping.

Camera stopped working?

Before the app broke for me it was fantastic, however after paying the premium for offline scanning it stopped working, I’ve checked and it still has access to my camera on my phone. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, turned camera permissions off and on, done literally anything I can think of to fix it and it still isn’t working. Very frustrating and disappointing, especially since I can’t find any customer service line to get in contact via to try and remedy this.

This app works great the best one I have found yet I find it to be very useful when in none English speaking countries although not every product out there is on the app you can add the product very simply Once again I love this app and have and will continue recommending it to gf friends, and family that shop for food and are concerned of gluterning me!!!
