Description

Download the app, setup your profile and get your first raid done in less than 10 minutes. It's that simple.

The ability to raid remotely from anywhere in the world might be the biggest thing since the release of Pokémon GO. Now it doesn't matter where you live, you can join a party to take down that Tier 5 boss you've been dreaming about.

With GO Raid Party, we match people who need help with people who want to help, with a simple and easy to understand interface. This app is perfect for people who:

- Has plenty of raids around but nobody to raid with. Go host a room!
- Has a strong team but no raid around to join. Go find a room to help out!
- Wants to raid regional stuff. It used to sucks when you can't have Azelf/Mesprit/Uxie just because you can't travel. Now you can (when it comes back to raids, of course).
- Want to raid 24/7 to grind that hundo or shiny or dare we suggest, SHUNDO.

Download the app, setup your profile and get your first raid done in less than 10 minutes. It's that simple.

Actually Perfect.

The game is amazing, hosting and joining is super easy. There is no annoying prices where you have to pay for it. (Exept premium which is playable without it) You can make friends with others and get legendaries easily because of all the good players who host. Shinies are quite easy too. (I got a shiny Diagla). The only requirement is a remote raid pass or 100 coins. Its perfect for at home, in a location which is sparce of gyms/raids, good with friends and randoms. 10/10 compared to other apps like this where paying is the only option.

Great before premium

So the good stuff: The app itself is great, raids load frequently, it’s a simple process to add the host and be ready and it enables users who don’t live in gym-heavy areas the opportunity to raid much more often with a variety of levelled raids clearly laid out.
However...
The bad stuff: Prior to the premium feature being added I would have given this 5 stars.
Nowadays even a 2* is pushing it. Without paying £15 A MONTH?!? you cannot join battles within the first 10 seconds which means that 96% of the time, it’ll be full before you even get the chance to try and be a part of it. After this happening over and over again, this app very quickly loses its appeal and quite simply, it takes the fun factor out of it.
Yes the app itself is good but the price is ridiculously high for the majority of users who play this free game with occasional purchases for community tickets, storage upgrades etc. If you are truly dedicated to catching them all then I dare say you’ll pay for the ease of this. And at a fiver a month, I’m sure a lot more of us could have been persuaded. But in today’s current climate, £180 on something to ultimately help towards playing a free game...no thanks.

Good, but easy to get shadow banned

Overall this is a great app. It’s easy to host a party or join others. The only downside is that people often don’t check if they have reached their daily remote pass limit and downvote you. There have been times when my raids that I am hosting have failed to show up which I am sure is because of this. That’s not my fault, to them it looks like I haven’t invited, even though I did and get a notification saying 2 or 3 players can’t be invited as they’ve reached the limit for the day.

Also, when a very popular raid is out it is impossible to join unless you are premium. I have paid a few times though as I am an avid player, and once premium you can filter who you want joining the raids. The recent Kyogre raids were very hard unless a high level player (I am lv 50) so I was able to filter to over lv 40 and over.

It’s good, but has its drawbacks when you get downvoted through not fault if your own.
