Great game, but support is useless

Gameplay is truly excellent, but why do you let players cancel a game once they see who their opponent is. A lot of this is people cheating, by trying to match with a friendly player who will give them a free win. Whatever the motivation it ruins this game, as sometimes it takes ages to get a matchup to play a game. There are dozens of other things that could be implemented to make this a fairer and better game, but they don’t seem interested in that. As long as they are making dollar they are happy.
P.S. I have spent a very small amount on this game and compete successfully at (almost) the highest level. Learn to play white ball (free) and build up your skill level. Too many wingers. Too many people without the skill who want to buy a win, then complain about the cost.

Mostly entertaining but some real annoyances

Quite an entertaining game with some creative challenges and the feeling that your results are (mostly) tied into your level of skill. BUT, some real annoyances: - occasionally you will be trying to position your shot and the ‘blue cone’ location will suddenly jump 90 degrees or more and, in some spots, you end up frantically rotating and shifting the view so that you can get hold of it before the timer expires. - sometimes the ‘suggested’ target is the other side of a large rock or tree and, again, frantic shifting and rotating to get it in a useful location before the timer expires. - one I’ve just had where the suggested target is *inside* a rock with no ‘blue cone’ to grab for repositioning. Shots wasted (and the game lost) trying to work out how hard to hit it to get a rebound that isn’t OB! - occasionally the game will lock up, or crash, and you *lose* because you can’t get restarted, reconnected and back in the game quickly enough to take your shot.
- having read other reviews about the game slowing/stopping your progress if you don’t spend explains the number of games I’ve won where *nothing* is added to my trophies. At first I thought I was imagining it but I wasn’t and now I have an explanation.

Unfair

Collectively this should be reported to Apple in the hope that they can exert pressure on this company. It’s criminal. I have never seen such blatant dishonest game play. The whole emphasis should be game play, pitching you against a human opponent. Shots are so heavily weighted against you at times, it is impossible to win even when you are clearly the better player. The game will put you in the rough even when you have compensated for wind etc , your opponent will then just role on to the green. 9 times out of ten you will get to the green first and then.....you miraculously cannot putt the ball. We all get that ‘in app purchase’ games are designed to make money for the developers however there just is not a level playing field. As you progress you will soon discover you are not only playing your opponent but also the ‘game’. Shots are weighted against you, shots and putts that you would make normally mysteriously miss. The emphasis will be to put you back in the market for having to spend ££ in order to purchase coins. It really is unfair. This certainly is not sour grapes or poor play, I just have a major issue when things are ‘bent’ and unfair. Please, Please do not spend your money on in app purchases instead drop Apple a few lines until they get their house in order.
