Your platform appears to be persistently used by scammers to defraud people. My mum became a victim of fraud through your app. Since this is not the first incident (based on the previous review and a bit of a web search) you should seriously reconsider your user identification procedures and controls

This app was used as part of a SCAM DO NOT USE Fraud …. HELP I had a Ryanair said representative dupe me into using this app to change a parking booking I had purchased they go into my phone I have been in a terrible state since then ….. have they been able to get into all my personal data ? How much of my phone could they see ? Even though I have deleted the app can they still be in there ? It’s so scary ….. police have given me a crime number they attempted to take money but my bank stopped the action !!!!!!!!!!

The scammer was only able to view details on your phone while the session was active. Now that you have deleted the app there is no way for them to continue to access your phone.

Do not download this app - fraud/scammers posing as BA. This app should have better security and if not the owners should remove it as it’s a platform for so many scams - you should be ashamed that you have not properly verified users who will have access to people’s devices/computers
