Developed in partnership with the University Hospital and the Sleep Center of Brest (France), Gowwiz is the app that reduces the impact of jet lag on the traveler.
Based on chronobiology, the science of the body's biological rhythms, this personalized program with a high degree of technicality will provide you the keys to sync to your arrival time quickly.
Just enter your usual sleep information: bedtime, wake-up time, sleeping quality; enter your travel dates and hours and based on the jet lag, Gowwiz will generate a customized program of actions to insert into your day: optimal moments for light exposition, nap, meal, sleep..., easily and naturally, your body will resynchronize itself on the destination.
Gowwiz algorithms are the result of more than a year of research in partnership with the team of the sleep center of the University Hospital of Brest (France).

What is jet lag?
By travelling rapidly through more than 3 time zones, your body has not had time to adapt to its new destination. This is called the desynchronization effect. Your body thinks it's the morning, whereas it's time to go to bed! In short, these are difficult moments that can persist for several days and ruin the beginning of a stay.

Chronobiology :
Did you know that? Our body, as a whole, is subject to an endogenous cycle of about 24 hours. This is the circadian cycle.
