Q: What cards can I accept with the Grafterr GO! app?
You’ll be able to accept any credit or debit card that displays a Visa, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, or Union Pay logo as well as NFC payments via Apple Pay.

Q: What will it cost me to use Grafterr GO! app?
Our app is totally free to use for cash payments, you’ll just pay 1.29% fee for in-person card payments for first 3 months and 1.49% thereafter, 1.79% for first 3 months and 1.99% for payments made via email and SMS links. If a customer pays using an international card, Amex or non-standard cards, your transaction fee will be 2.99%.

Q: Can I really take payments anywhere?
Almost anywhere! As long as you have a Wi-Fi connection or phone signal with data, you’ll be able to take payments.

Q: How are you different from other payment apps?
We’re cheaper! We regularly check competitor prices to make sure we always offer the lowest transaction fees possible. We also don’t require any long-term commitments or charge monthly subscription fees.
