Things need to be updated the app is very laggy always logging staff members out of the tap to pay. There needs to be an option to see payments taken from terminal and tap to pay on the one app. Also payment link option.

The process and setup is very easy. Also not many things in the app to be confused, so it’s good in the beginning. Appreciate that getting all the payments in the next working day by the 6am unlike other competitors at the eod. When it comes to taking the payments, it frustrates a lot. I am using it to take payments for my taxi. When initiating the payment it taking lot of time which frustrates both passenger and me. After taking the payment also, it’s taking lot longer to check whether it succeeded or not. It is really handy to take payments in the mobile only but things like this can easily be fixed by the team. Been using this since last 6 months, it’s hard to choose other provider. Please fix. Thanks.

The Tyl/NatWest tap to pay app is simple and easy to use. Installation and set up processes are clear and take very little time. It’s perfect if you only sell one or two items at the time as at the moment it is only possible to put in the final sun you charge the customer. Also not possible to add description of what you sold. Hope the app developed further with including description line and possibility to add items individually to sum up the amount.

Been using the app for two years ,not many problems enough to be annoying but suddenly said I’d failed security and locked me out of my banking , couldn’t take any payments , has taken two days endless calls been hung up on and not called back,shocking half hour waits for someone to answer and then loads of security questions like mental maths jumping through hoops and still couldn’t get it sorted outA shame as when it works it’s good , when it doesn’t say goodbye to hours of your life
