Makes my life so much easier!

It’s an amazing app that has made my life so much easier!
I can order my drink whilst I walk to Grindsmith, Deansgate from my tram stop and it’s there waiting for me when I arrive!

Awful

I ordered two coffees and two bacon sandwiches. I was told to wait outside despite the restaurant being empty (the restaurant is now open to the public again) and me having a new born baby. After a 20 minute wait I enquired as to why I was still waiting after seeing 3 Deliveroo drivers go in and be given orders. I was told my order would be 5 minutes more. I waited a total of 45 minutes before I went back in and requested a refund as my baby was getting cold and was now crying and due a feed. I was told I would be refunded, no apology was offered. Ridiculous and uncaring company. I will not return.

That’s the way to do it!

Order my brew from my favourite coffee shop as I’m getting off the tram, pop in on my way to work to pick it up! No waiting, no fuss. Happy days.
