Not great

Loses connection constantly. Have to delete and reinstall. Numerous error messages that don’t make any sense when you look at the water usage. Very disappointing - negates the benefit of an expensive piece of kit to monitor the water use - obviously if it cuts the water off that’s great but I seem to get many false alarms which invariably happen at two am and the alarm wakes me up (which would be fine if it was real!)

In spite of replying directly to you on the 20 May I have still only received a holding email - once again I’ve been woken at 4 am by the alarm with no valid reason. As others have said how can I trust the equipment when it constantly fails for no reason!

Worst support in the world.

I installed a GROHE Sense Guard and remote sensors (£1000) on 24th April. But the app does not connect - son it's useless - see other posts. Since then I have spent hours mailing and calling GROHE and no one responds. So I have an expensive system that randomly turns off the water without explanation. I have no idea whether it would work if I had a leak. On 17th of May I was told a warranty visit would be organised and I would be contacted within 2 days. That’s now 20 days ago and counting. All I want is a phone call from someone who understands their app!! I’ve even posted on the Facebook page and got nowhere !!!

Has some app issues

System works reasonably well but the app could be improved. Occasionally loses all settings so have to reset all devices and reconfigure — very frustrating and leaves me worrying that if I don’t notice perhaps a sensor won’t connect to a valve in the event of the leak. Inconsistent UI: some preferences are cogs, other labelled ‘preference buttons’ — not intuitive. Data model is a little excessive: a tree with houses, rooms, and then devices. In some scenarios you have to navigate this tree. Does Grohe really expect us to have some many devices to warrant this?
