No issues with this app. I had joined a few months back for the World Cup but didn’t manage to place a bet. Thank God as I thought Spain had a chance! I recently got back to the app and used it to place some bets on football (European football) and it was all ok. Really happy with the markets available. The only annoying thing was that I couldn’t use it while abroad, but I understand that this happens with all betting apps, so I guess it’s normal.

The user interface is great with clear colours and easy-to-follow menus. They offer very competitive odds and have good promotions such as free bets etc. From a betting angle this app deserves 5 stars. However, the logging in is actually infuriating. If you leave the app for more than 5 minutes, more often than not you have to log back in. Sometimes, the app won’t tell you you’ve been logged out and it will look like you’re still logged in - until you try to place a bet and then you get a message saying ‘please log back in’. However, everything looks like you’re still logged in and takes about half a minute for the buttons to change so you can actually log back in. Then, every time I log in I have to verify my account by selecting random pictures. It makes it virtually impossible to get a quick bet on and I’ve missed many winning selections from thinking I’m logged in, to only being told I’m not once I attempt to place the bet. If these issues were sorted out, this app would be competing with the best sports betting apps on the market.

What a joke your APP is. So slow,sluggish, randomly logs you out when you go from one screen to another, awful navigation set up, not user friendly. Should be ashamed of yourselves. No wonder so many people leaving and taking business elsewhere. And let me see what the developer response will be ..”sorry to hear this, please contact our support on…blah blah blah” just like all your other responses to your poor reviews. About time you had people who cared what your customers concerns are instead of your robotic jobsworth repetitive responses. Clearly somebody from india or somewhere who has no idea what to say so they will just press the repeat button of what to say. Get a life grosvenor sport and really deal with the issues being highlighted.

Terrible from every angle. Keep freezing, constantly log in you off. Every time have to put password manually. The log in is so annoying, including random log off when I am in the middle of something. It is now usual standard to have face log in. As per navigation it is Confusing app with the complicated navigation, especially choosing daily football accumulator is total nightmare. Trying to press something to navigate through the app most of the tome doesn’t work. This app is total waste of time. There are more friendly using bookies available and preferable. No updates just automatic reply message. Simply put - the worst betting app!
