Not working
This app can’t retrieve your information even your information is correct. It works fine on the website, but when you’ve tried to put your details in and I have to come back with the error cannot receive your information.
Behind competitors
App is very basic and hardly works. It doesn’t even seem to store or pass the information to the boarding team. Had to wait 10 mins at gate for them to add my passport details, even though these were all provided beforehand via the app checkin. Very disappointing
Terrible
1. The app doesn’t work with apple wallet so cannot have electronic boarding passes
2. The app (and website) makes you log in every time (not synced with keychain etc)
3. After a week of trying to pay for extra luggage I called the day before my flight (and then half an hour on hold after 30 minutes of not getting as far as call waiting) only to be told that I’d pay a premium for this because it’s within 24 hours of flying.
Please invest in proper digital products - it’s one and the same as basic customer service these days. Shared my frustration with friends to discover that lots of others have had equally terrible experiences.
