Not working
This app can’t retrieve your information even your information is correct. It works fine on the website, but when you’ve tried to put your details in and I have to come back with the error cannot receive your information.
Behind competitors
App is very basic and hardly works. It doesn’t even seem to store or pass the information to the boarding team. Had to wait 10 mins at gate for them to add my passport details, even though these were all provided beforehand via the app checkin. Very disappointing
Worst App
Literally one of the worst Airline App! You can’t add your future flight and you can’t submit a claim for mileage. Whatever flight number you enter it wont accept.
