I love this brand and every time I order something I just keep coming back because the quality is amazing and so flattering. I love the flash sale and the leggings are my favourite. I ordered some shorts for my daughters netball undershorts and she loves them. Going to keep coming back here, LOVE IT!!
Notifications
I do like the way this app works but no clear way to cancel your order other then to email direct. Also the amount notifications are huge! Which is okay but I’ve come back from holiday to find 86 notifications (been away five days) and the only way to delete them is to go into each one there should be a cancel all its crazy . This maybe the only reason I will delete the app in future.
Disappointing
Clothes are far smaller than they claim to be and when requesting a refund your options are receive a gift card or pay the shipping to return them ( I believe this is illegal under the consumers right act as the items are not as described) for your money back. They offer coupons but items go back up to full price to use them.
Very disappointed with the service. Would buy again or recommend.
