Fabletics: Premium Activewear 4+

I have to switch to weblink that I have already saved on my iPhone, because pictures are loading very slowly. Abs there are way fewer pictures uploaded for each garment. After browsing for some time I still feel undecided if I want to buy anything at all. Also shipping and billing address info has lags in programming. It was returning endless error ‘enter your billing address’. It would keep me in dead loophole without giving an option to enter billing address.
So far web link performs better. And I hope names of colours will be kept. Today they are bit there.
Overall: user experience is upsetting and many improvements are needed.

Really disappointed by this app. The active wear is lovely but trying to navigate the app via my iPad is a real pain and completely put me off actually looking and purchasing anything.

The picture only takes up a small section of the screen therefore you can only look at one product at a time and scrolling either side to see each product gets tedious and annoying. Different adverts pop up, which is fine I understand why from a marketing perspective, however because the picture is so narrow you cannot find the close icon because it blocks the entire section of the screen without allowing you to scroll. The app also doesn’t allow the view to change to landscape so you if you do prefer to use an iPad holder you can’t, you have to awkwardly hold your iPad up. I realise these things seem pedantic, however for an overall enjoyable experience of online shopping I think the improvement of these small touches will make a big difference and help improve customer experience.

Until then I would not recommend but I look forward to seeing some of these changes implemented.

I got the fabletics app as I thought it would be easier to use than their, often clunky, website… How wrong was I! It’s barely useable. It often takes 10 minutes for the home page to load with just a little spinning Fabletics logo sitting there. Then once the first page loads as you scroll down to see the outfits you have to wait again for more to load. I’ve given up using it to shop & only use it now for the Skip the month feature which is much easier to find than using their mobile site. So I’ve given it 1 star for this feature. Shame as it would be good & I’d probably spend more if it worked. Thanks for saving me money. 😂
If you do try to buy items on it the sale never goes through & returns are worse. Sometimes it lets you complete a return, sometimes it doesn’t. If the return does go through it only gives you an option to create a returns label for a US courier which isn’t much use if you live in the UK. Pretty poor all round to be honest.
