Handsome Cabs 4+

Before it kept crashing but have just made a successful booking with a text confirmation so fingers crossed it stays that way.

Don’t get this app in fact don’t use their cabs at all. If you need to get to an appointment or a booked restaurant they’ll let you down and not even tell you. I had a van booked through the app 4 hours before it was required. I got a text confirming it was booked. It didn’t turn up surprise surprise. When I called to find out where it was she said oh we cancelled it because we’re busy!!! What business does this and doesn’t even have the decency to tell you?? I got a Direct Cars Cab who arrived 10 mins later. Honestly if you want a decent service to get you to your destination book Direct Cars not these cowboys. Zero respect from me I’ve made sure everyone on Facebook knows how bad you are!!

Cars are pretty clean and driver are nice
There helpline they are much rude as i called them 2-3 time while i booked and not professional or they are thought like that
If you ask for manager or finical department they say they are not here call again every time
Worst thing is every time you travel with them and pay with card they charge you a little more then in receipt like 4.80 bill charged then another transaction for 1+ pound so they take it and if you ask them they said we dont know
Better avoid and use other services like direct cars or uber(very professional business persons) you will have to pay there a little more but everthing is so nice.
