Note that Harman Kardon products that use wired network connections only, such as the AVR “x70” Series A/V Receivers and the Harman Kardon BDS "x75/77" Series Home Theater systems need to a wired Ethernet connection to your home network access point (router) in order to be discovered by this app. Control Wi-Fi-enabled products such as the AVR 370, AVR 3700 by connecting the product to your home network via wire or wirelessly.

Not good enough
I understand that sometimes certain applications may not be updated because developers are working on something else but looking at the reviews clearly this app has been ignored for a long time the last update was a year ago which isn’t good enough if you’re selling products that are still on your shelves this application should work and shouldn’t be in the state it’s currently in quite frankly I’m not sure what this app is supposed to do.
Contains lots of bugs
Unuseful app, many bugs, doesn’t control, not useful as a remote controller. HK is showing here that is careless to customers and just selling products with no follow up. Sad for such a brands and knowing the price of products. HK better improve it otherwise it’ll lose loyal customers in a snowball effect.
Needs a bug update!
Keeps not playing the next song when in a playlist. Very frustrating thought it was a one off but been happening now for a few weeks.
