Description

Frustrating, unreliable, inconsistent - had enough
After 12 months trying to live with this I’m going to sell my Omni 20’s and buy Sonos because this software is so unreliable.
It’s ruins my mood to listen to music because it takes 30 minutes of frustration to get just one speaker connected to my WiFi or Bluetooth.
Conversely I have two JBL Flip speakers that I use constantly because they connect to Bluetooth immediately and are portable.
Absolute garbage
I bought the Omni 20 and two Omni 10’s a few years ago. The speakers are brilliant, lovely sound (when I can get them to work). However this app to connect and control them is the worst technology I’ve tried to use. The speakers largely sit gathering dust, every now and again I try to get them working again, only to discover this app is still useless.
Harman should be ashamed of themselves.
Not very helpful
Followed the instructions several times and I’ve never been able to get it to stream via WiFi network which is why I bought a ADAPT
It never asks for my WiFi password despite several attempts
Bluetooth is ok but why buy a ADAPT from HK then when you can buy a generic Bluetooth device for 10 bucks !!
