Harvest is great - this app could be better
I hope the guys from harvest read this… the new app is much better than the old one - but its still lacking in a few areas.
- Should be able to set up new projects from the app.
- The old 'refresh app' function no longer works (option-r, which you need as you can't add projects from the app)
- Would be better with three fields, client, project, task (rather than just project/task). The way it is now requires you to put the client's name into the project if you want to find or recognise the project at a glance. This makes the project name unneccessarity long
Its so close to being a great app! Keep it up!
Lovely and simple
Love the simplicity of this app, just a simple tray icon to stop and start when I need to. I also appreciate the reminders when I leave it running.
Only thing that I rarely find needing is offline support.
The freemium model works well for me and for more Harvest features it's easy enough to access the website or mobile apps.
Simple and effective
Hi been using full version Harvest for last 3 years - cant speak highly enough of it , actually its a pleasure to use comared to overcomplicated systems I tried. Response to queries has been prompt and new move to app store has worked smoothly for me - easy to use leaving me time to get on with my business.
