I’m quite pleased with this hdfc bank, it’s very handy for an NRI particularly. Can do everything I need. I’ve even had a video call with a HDFC rep and got help. It would be good if the mobile number would accept an international number to set up our pin though.
New App needs improvements
I’ve been with HDFC Bank with over 10 years and I must admit the new app is the first product that I’ve been really disappointed with. Most of the time I am unable to use the app. How do the promotional banners load, but the app is not able to get my account details. If I can do more with my mobile browser than the App, then obviously the App is not really adding any value. HDFC must fix the constant integration issues as a matter of priority.

Worst experience if we change device
Recently upgraded to lastest iphone . Struggling a lot to enable fingerprint and set a PIN
After completing all the steps, app suggests me to re-register. If I press continue it will ask my old password . I lost my old password but app won’t allow me to reset the PIN.
In the current world, we can’t keep same devices for long time . Seems designers completely ignored the customer experience while switching to new device
