Valuable tool

I’d searched the internet for information on why I was feeling the way I was and what I could go to relieve these symptoms. I did loaded this app after buying the peri menopause supplements. I have already found so much useful information and completed some of the exercises. Everything I had previously been looking for is all in one place. I had been prescribed HRT but wanted to explore alternatives. I am a month into the Health and Her supplements, and now with this app, I don’t feel the need to resort to the HRT.

All you need excellent app

I have tried a couple of different menopause apps and all were informative and had use in different ways but I find that this is everything under one roof. Love the reminders. Recently had a total hysterectomy so need to do my pelvic floor exercises and although I know how important they are can never remember, love that I get reminders and can set the times.

Not alone

I like the material provided to help normalise what I am going through and that I am not alone. The exercises and reminders are great and I have just started a subscription for the supplements, fingers crossed they are as good as the reviews claim. My only issue with the app is, it seems to have a bug with the guided sleep as this has no sound to it and with having problems sleeping this is a bit disappointing and hope this is fixed soon. But overall it’s a good little app to have in my pocket.
