Health and Her- App and supplements have saved my sanity!

I’m 45 and peri menopause has been hanging over my head for almost one year 😮. Erratic periods, emotional highs and lows, night sweats, day sweats, weak bladder.
I’m not sure what I was hoping to achieve with Health and Her, to be honest, any possible positive would be helpful to me, and my family.
I started tracking my symptoms and within a few days I understood what triggers lead me to have such negative menopausal symptoms.
With Hormone Replacement Therapy being in short supply, and my nerves wearing thin, I reached out to H&H and along with my peri menopause supplements, I actually feel more calm and controlled than I have in years.
My emotional state is more settled, I cry less and with support from the App, I’m learning to be calmer with short breath exercising and their daily pelvic floor training is making me feel more confident.
Ladies, you will not regret the support this application gives to you. You don’t have to purchase the supplements to enjoy the benefits of the app, but I really recommend them. Their positive impact on my mood and emotional stability is worth every penny and I feel the benefit of having the notifications remind me to exercise and that how I feel is normal and okay. Best app I’ve ever installed!
(Except for Maps, as I’m useless at directions 🙄)

Not helpful for my situation

I have endometriosis and should be in menopause by now. For a while I was having perimenopause symptoms but now the endo symptoms have returned. The app doesn’t let you track spotting and you can’t see an overview of on which days you took supplements to compare it to your symptoms or cycle. So for me it’s of little help. That said, if you’re fairly “textbook” but aren’t sure I can see that it would help you to find out which stage you’re at and even understand the symptoms and triggers. The information provided is decent and it does a reasonable job of pointing you to appropriate articles. The opportunity to get a consultation from a professional is a plus and the cost is reasonable, although I haven’t tried it myself so can’t comment further on that. The advice re HRT is refreshingly balanced; other menopause apps have been heavily pro-HRT, hailing it as some sort of saviour for all but this manages to inform - it’s an option that might be right for some (which is much more accurate).

The app itself is a bit slow to respond on my iPhone 8 (iOS 16), and there’s no integration with Apple Health.

With a few tweaks this could be a great app. Since my situation is atypical I’ve decided to delete it and stick to Apple Health (which flagged up my continued spotting as an issue that requires investigating - something not possible in this app).

Health & Her App

Brilliant app with lots of useful information towards a healthier you. Lots of tips and videos to show you how to eat well and maintain a healthy body. This app reminds you to do your pelvic floor exercises and to drink more water and less caffeine drinks. I have only started using this app yesterday and I can truly say I am very impressed already with all the good advice about things I never knew about my body.

This supplement is really good I have never known a supplement that gives you so much energy and keeps me more focused. There is no taste and it is not too big to swallow. The reminders on this app are also fantastic as they can be altered to the persons desire for the day.
