Newbie
Having just joined recently my experience with the online training was frustrating.I could not get acces with either my Samsung phone or Apple iPad, I had to do it throw my husbands Mac Pro laptop and somehow ended up with his email as contact subsequently all messages went thro him.
Then I can can hardly make out the urgent shift details the copy is of a spreadsheet and even when magnified on the screen.
Also I don’t seem to be able to access Discover shifts in the app
it’s all quite a chore
Nothing Fast About this App
I’m going to assume that this works fantastically well on 5G however I’m up in the Highlands today but have access to 4G. Screen load times are painfully slow to the point where it makes the app unattractive to look at during your breaks or down time. Why would I waste 30 seconds to move from one day to the next in search of work? I get that this forces people to maintain their availability status but it’s made the whole experience that much poorer for the user. The section where you can upload your LFT result stopped working ages ago. That should’ve been the first priority. Please sort these issues out.
Improved
The app has improved and I enjoy using it. Although the improvements made to auto assign could be improved further... it gives the option for you to filter work with how ever many hours you want to be working at a minimum, but it doesn’t allow you to filter your max amount of hours you want to work for a shift. For example, I’d like a shift longer than 4 hours but don’t want to work 12 hours. I prefer to work shifts that are 6-8 hours long. I don’t get this option.
