The app has improved and I enjoy using it. Although the improvements made to auto assign could be improved further... it gives the option for you to filter work with how ever many hours you want to be working at a minimum, but it doesn’t allow you to filter your max amount of hours you want to work for a shift. For example, I’d like a shift longer than 4 hours but don’t want to work 12 hours. I prefer to work shifts that are 6-8 hours long. I don’t get this option.

Ever since the new update and the changes in the app, for some odd reason the rated reviews from client’s number in total is not showing properly both “in my profile “and “view profile” section. It is not updating as it should be. Client’s comment is not updating either!Update: More issues arise, When making changes to “limitations” via auto sign feature. It just shows white screen? You cant even make changes at all! And why does the app keep logging me out now? It is annoying having log back in with email and password all the time. What’s the point having the face ID?

I think this app is great! If anything maybe the app could do with a new feature for staff to be able to review their shift, like a question-ere about what their shift was like?Example - where you shown where the staff room was? Yes or no.... and be able to leave a comment. Also adding in there if they wanted to speak to the branch about there shift ect I think this would help the branch team when they go and do their visits.

App VS new employee with Newcross

I will be very honest. This app needs to be reviewed. I’m new employee with Newcross that means I only worked in 2/3 places. I hardly get any shifts coming up throughout the app. How stupid is this. I would like (every employees) to see all shifts available that match my availability in my area. This app needs a serious rethink. Why can’t they show you all available shifts regardless of where you worked before. I would like to try new clients so this option is not viable with this app. I’m giving one star because I can not give less than one star. Rubbish. Solve the problem before launch an app that is not viable to the new employees or for everyone.

Thanks for the feedback, it's because of comments like yours that we continue to make improvements to the app. Staff can now see more shifts than ever and we released Auto-assign as a way to pick up shifts when you're not near your phone 😀
