DIGITAL TIMESHEETS (Establishment)
With the HealthForceGo® app you can submit your timesheets and have them approved digitally for a seamless, paper-free experience. So, no more printing timesheets, no more filling in paper copies, and fewer chances for errors or delays.
DIGITAL TIMECARDS (Complex Care)
With the HealthForceGo® app, you are automatically checked-in to shifts when you arrive and automatically checked-out when you leave, ensuring a fast, seamless experience. You can then claim any mileage or expenses via the app.
Flexi Pay is a brand-new feature completely unique to Newcross, one that provides you unmatched flexibility to choose when you get paid for shifts. Combined with digital timesheets & timecards, there is no need to wait for payday to come around, you can now submit your shift and get paid the same day!
With HealthForceGo® you can:
- discover new shifts you're eligible to work (Est. only)
- get auto-assigned to shifts while on shift or sleeping after nights
- view all previous and upcoming bookings
- get paid the same day with Flexi Pay
- get more information about each shift and client
- have your timesheet signed digitally by the client with a swish of their finger (Est. only)
- automatically checked-in to shifts when you arrive (CC only)

We've added your booked training courses into My Diary!
- you can now see when you have booked upcoming courses in My Diary
- you can view the details of the course including date, time, venue, address, trainer & cost
- you'll receive a reminder notification 24 hours before the course is due to start

Decent, but ...
It’s a decent app, and a good modern way of doling out the work. BUT, if there’s one small improvement that could be made it’s that it should have the functionality to set a reminder that you have a shift coming up.
I’m a student nurse as well, and sometimes when I’m on placement I can have a big gap between the shifts I do. And with all the juggling between uni, personal life (ha, sometimes!) placement and work it would be good to have the reminder!

App VS new employee with Newcross
I will be very honest. This app needs to be reviewed. I’m new employee with Newcross that means I only worked in 2/3 places. I hardly get any shifts coming up throughout the app. How stupid is this. I would like (every employees) to see all shifts available that match my availability in my area. This app needs a serious rethink. Why can’t they show you all available shifts regardless of where you worked before. I would like to try new clients so this option is not viable with this app. I’m giving one star because I can not give less than one star. Rubbish. Solve the problem before launch an app that is not viable to the new employees or for everyone.

Thanks for the feedback, it's because of comments like yours that we continue to make improvements to the app. Staff can now see more shifts than ever and we released Auto-assign as a way to pick up shifts when you're not near your phone 😀
I’ve had 2timesheets send and signed via the app but havnt received the pay my office said it’s not showing on the app as sent in but I’ve shown them proof they have been signed and done correctly there is nothing more they can do and the people who fix problems with the app will have to try and fix it I have given feedback on the app explaining the problems not heard anything back if they can sort the pay out then other than that I can’t fault the app and would be happy to change the review as everything else about the app is brilliant
