Poor software- Great hotel.
Struggled to get the app to work. Reception were helpful but struggled also. Eventually managed to access the App, but then it froze. Left it for a few hours. Still frozen and unable to unlock. Had to delete the app. Will I be wasting my holiday trying to go through this hassle again?? Err no. Such a shame because the hotel (Arona Gran) is superb and the staff couldn’t be more helpful, just get an App that’s useful and works please Spring Hotels!!

Always need your phone?
This is a really bad idea. I want to get away from phones on holiday - don’t mind carrying a card, but now Spring tell me I have to carry a phone or iPad to open doors or order anything.
Might be technically clever but a smart card does everything so why inflict this really bad bit of customer service on hotel guests.

Doesn’t work so no way of knowing what’s happening!
Doesn’t work despite registering using two different email addresses and deleting and reloading app. No info in rooms so relying on this app to tell us what’s happening when but
app not working and screens in hotel (Bitacora) are all blank, this is having a massive impact on the enjoyment of our holiday.
