This App was already pretty poor but now doesn’t even open in iPadOS 26.3 - despite TWO update releases on the App Store - the developers clearly don’t test it! Meanwhile, this App doesn’t function when offline - STUPIDLY it pops up a message to tell you you’re offline that actually blocks you from using it offline - YOU CANNOT GET YOUR BOARDING CARD!What you can do is access functionality to load documents but - DUH! - you need to be online! Seriously, you can’t make this up! And if you don’t think this matters then it also impacts iPhone users: wait until you travel through LBA - Jet2’s HQ Airport … you get through security in the old airport building - with mobile phone connectivity, but then walk to the brand new shiny building (Jet2 departure area) and there is no mobile signal (Vodafone, but others said they had the same problem) and trying to connect to guest WiFi was a joke that was seriously unfunny, stressful and didn’t work either. The outcome, by the way, was that Jet2 staff had to write out boarding passes at the gate, skipping all kinds of security measures! All because this App doesn’t let you get to the Boarding Card page when offlineSeriously, the developers should be sacked and replaced by a team who understand basics such as TESTING the app before releasing it.
