Yesterday (12th July) I needed to make a change to my booking as I had inadvertently booked to drop off my car at the wrong terminal at Heathrow - I had two chats online to Zoe L and Beth and then spoke to one of your agents whose name I think was Jacob. They were so polite, friendly and customer focused on sorting my mistake and within minutes Jacob had cancelled my original booking and rebooked it with the correct details. Their individual levels of professionalism were impressive enough but I suspect that also evidences good staff training by Purple Parking. I have already recommended you to several of my friends and colleagues and will not hesitate to use hi again for future international business trips. Many thanks!

I always use them for parking and hotels when going abroad - why? Firstly you can cancel right up to last minute this was great during COVID and a couple of times when I have been ill. Secondly they are excellent value. You don’t have to search around it’s all there with options to choose from. Thirdly you can get fast track, lounges etc all at same time with just a click. Lastly they are very helpful if you have a duh moment and make a mistake or cannot find something. Worth every star 🩷

Used this service at East Midlands Airport Easter 2025 and had the best experience possible parked car right out side the terminal which was great as my wife has mobility issues,handed my key over to the office staff and went on my way,car was well taken care of and was there waiting for us on or returning,it was that easy that I'm using the service again in October,5 Star service and a 5 Star experience and a great price to,would highly recommend 😊😊

I paid for meet and greet at Heathrow and received a huge fine. I was not made aware that they would be taking my car into the ULEZ zone to park it. I have since received £180 of fines. Holiday extras did NOT make it clear enough in their communications that this is what was going to happen. Their email says "If your vehicle doesn't meet ULEZ standards, you'll need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel." I DID NOT drive through the zone. Nowhere does it say that THEY WILL. Be very cautious if parking with them as they don't have your back and will leave you with a massive bill.
