First time in Turkey and staying at the Grand Pasa in Marmaris and it is THE best hotel I have ever stayed at in all my years of travel including 8 years of being long haul cabin crew x Totally blown away by the care and attention and friendliness of all the staff and people here x Every single one can’t do enough for us and always have time and a smile for you even when they work very long hours to make customers have a great holiday and information about their amazing country x went on four excursions and each one was better than the next from two fabulous boat trips experiencing the wonderful mud baths shopping baby turtles swimming beside you to Efes which was steeped in history and a very spiritual place which makes you realise how special and beautiful Turkey is x The people make you feel so welcome and so glad you came x I wish I had realised what we have been missing and it blows every other resort out the water and would recommend it to anyone x I now totally understand why a lot of tourists are coming here instead of places that don’t have the genuinenly lovely welcoming people here no exaggeration x I was worried about the heat but the climate isnt stuffy and pleasantly surprised by the breeze that makes it feel a lot less than the average 38 degrees it has been x already booking for next year wish we had more than 6 days left x Thankyou love holidays x

What can I say when I reached the hotel I was greeted by the lovely staff at reception who were quick at giving me my room key and pointing me in the right direction , I was also given a lovely food plate aswell which was really nice. I got to my room , not going to lie it is dated but it was very clean and did the job I had a lovely pool view. I woke up and went for breakfast I was gutted they didn’t have pancakes or churros but I asked the chef if we could have them and the day after for 2 weeks there was pancakes and churros with Nutella . The breakfast was lovely and lots of choice of fresh food, I then went to have a look around , wow the beach was throwing distance away with sun lounges , the pool was as clean and heated , the beach bar offered snacks And drinks and the pool bar offered drinks. Must say the food is a great range , the hotel is clean all the staff are really lovely and cannot do enough for you this is definitely a great sbh hotel , 1 point there is no kettle in the room if you need a coffee as soon as you wake up. The entertainment staff are great and get everyone involved , but all in all I want to thank each and every member of staff for all the hard work you put it you guys make this hotel work and thanks to the head chef from one chef to another , definitely come back to see you all again.

We booked our honeymoon via love holidays, really easy, great value and price, flew from Bristol with easy jet easy and stress free, had out transfer included when booking got to our hotel white olive elite in Laganas, Zante, wonderful hotel, amazing room, amazing facilities and wonderful staff, location was perfect. Love holidays kept us updated in the run up to our holiday. Kept us informed when out there of our return journey. The only thing I would say is you don’t get a rep etc so we independently booked some excursions and we’re left very dissatisfied however no fault of love holidays but if you go to Zante do research and don’t book excursions with happy traveller they are scammers. Over all very very happy and looking for our next holiday. Natalie and Marc.
