Lovely , fantastic

What can I say when I reached the hotel I was greeted by the lovely staff at reception who were quick at giving me my room key and pointing me in the right direction , I was also given a lovely food plate aswell which was really nice. I got to my room , not going to lie it is dated but it was very clean and did the job I had a lovely pool view. I woke up and went for breakfast I was gutted they didn’t have pancakes or churros but I asked the chef if we could have them and the day after for 2 weeks there was pancakes and churros with Nutella . The breakfast was lovely and lots of choice of fresh food, I then went to have a look around , wow the beach was throwing distance away with sun lounges , the pool was as clean and heated , the beach bar offered snacks And drinks and the pool bar offered drinks. Must say the food is a great range , the hotel is clean all the staff are really lovely and cannot do enough for you this is definitely a great sbh hotel , 1 point there is no kettle in the room if you need a coffee as soon as you wake up. The entertainment staff are great and get everyone involved , but all in all I want to thank each and every member of staff for all the hard work you put it you guys make this hotel work and thanks to the head chef from one chef to another , definitely come back to see you all again.

Honeymoon heaven

We booked our honeymoon via love holidays, really easy, great value and price, flew from Bristol with easy jet easy and stress free, had out transfer included when booking got to our hotel white olive elite in Laganas, Zante, wonderful hotel, amazing room, amazing facilities and wonderful staff, location was perfect. Love holidays kept us updated in the run up to our holiday. Kept us informed when out there of our return journey. The only thing I would say is you don’t get a rep etc so we independently booked some excursions and we’re left very dissatisfied however no fault of love holidays but if you go to Zante do research and don’t book excursions with happy traveller they are scammers. Over all very very happy and looking for our next holiday. Natalie and Marc.

Terrible company, avoid!

I have no idea why there are so many good reviews for this company. Appalling service and will never use again.
I booked a holiday and then changed the destination within a few hours due to hubby and visa requirements. In no clear communication does it state that the customer is responsible for changing flight information should they change destinations. When the booking confirmation came the flights were showing the new destination so I didn’t even think there was an issue.
It was when we decided to do an early check in that the problems started. On the “manage my booking” section under flight reservation it stated “self-booked”; not having a clue what that meant we proceeded to get in touch with love holidays. We used the chat function and waited 2 hours to get through to someone; who was incredibly unhelpful and kept telling us to contact the airline.
We contacted the airline who told us that love holidays are at fault and failed to notify us of the proper procedures and have had many people have the same problems we were facing when using love holidays. We ended up paying an additional £180 to change our flights as we had fallen outside of the grace period unbeknownst to us.
My holiday hasn’t even started and it’s already awful. I will never use this company again and I’m now having to go through a cumbersome complaints process to try and get my additional payment back.
