Easy to use

If you’re booking a holiday, it’s quite an expense so take your time I find Thomas Cook website or app to be very easy to navigate and gives you all your options for travel, transfers and accommodation

Needs some work

The app is clunky & needs some work. It constantly logs you out & even after logging back in 1/2 the time it can’t find your booking. Is also virtually impossible for others on the same booking to log in. I’ve booked a holiday for 2 families but I’m the only one that can see all the details which is annoying - other companies seem to have been able to work this out much better!

Terrible app - don’t bother downloading it!

I don’t normally write reviews for apps, but this is such an appalling app it’s not worth it. Since the update last week you can’t access any existing booking details, which was the only reason I downloaded it. Plus the live chat seems to always have hours long delays and if you don’t respond when they finally reply to you they close the chat down. Stick to the website instead and save yourself the trouble of downloading this.
