As your baby grows, she grows with you, from pregnancy through the first year and onward. You can see and edit everything she remembers, any time. Nia's instincts are built on the clinical thinking of Dr Catherine Corker, an HCPC-registered clinical psychologist. That shapes how she listens and when she gently points you toward real support. WHAT NIA IS NOT Nia is an AI, and she is honest about it. She is a wellbeing companion, not a therapist, not a clinician, and not a crisis service. She cannot diagnose or treat, and she is no substitute for your midwife, health visitor, GP or NHS care. If you are struggling or in danger, Nia points you to the right people: NHS 111, Samaritans on 116 123, or 999 in an emergency. FREE AND PREMIUM HelpFound is free to try for 7 days, up to 80 messages. Premium is £9.99 a month or £79.99 a year and opens up continued conversations with Nia under a fair-use limit, with your history kept across devices.
