Absolute Winner

This isn’t just the best callisthenics app out there, it’s the best training/fitness app. It has everything for all levels, breaks everything down and shows the best progressions to achieve your end goal. I class myself as having an intermediate level of skill but a great work ethic and dedication but never saw significant muscle gains/fat loss in the past with different training regimes and always ended up hitting a wall until I tried this app, this has got me over the top and I now feel I’m getting out of training what I’ve been putting in for years. I’m loosing fat and gaining muscle better than ever! If you follow the training programmes on here or even create your own once you’ve gotten a better understanding of calisthenics and follow them correctly you can’t go wrong! I’ve only been using this app for 3 months and I’m made up with the results I’m getting, looking forward to seeing how far I can push myself with it now.

I just have started to use this app. It looks nice to start with, however I wish there would be some sound when for example you do the warm up as I thought that is something wrong with my phone. And also I wish all the other exercises would be free not with a sub. monthly or early. I know nothing is free today but I had enough of paying for apps or exercises. Other than that I like the app and the body weight exercises. Good job and thanks Chris. 👍

Quarantine home workout

Started using Heria a week ago for the quarantine home workout promo. The 4 week programme is great with a decent mix of full body, upper/lower body, abs and cardio routines. Each day has a set of preview videos which are useful for newbies like myself, especially for getting use to all the exercise names. My issues with the app are the once you start the timed daily workouts. The warmup sets aren’t part of the timed routine which is a bit confusing. Then the main sets don’t always appear in the same order to the list of sets on the preview page. Although there is an overall timer for the daily workout once you press start, I think a manual timer for each exercise would be a good addition for time management. Also a preview of the next workout during the rest time would be helpful. The last thing is for some reason although I’ve finished the entire workout it appears as un/semi completed (%) when I click finish workout. I hope these comments are helpful In continuing to develop the app.
