With the app for professionals you can stay up-to-date on your shopfront activity and contact interested couples from your phone:
· Requests: You will receive notifications with each new request and you will be able to respond instantly from the app.
· Recommendations: You will have access to the recommendations made of your company, answer couples and ask for as many as you want. Remember that the more you have, the better reputation and the more business opportunities you will have.
· Statistics: You will always be up to date on the operation of your shopfront with key statistics: requests, visits and clicks to 'View phone'.

I’m relatively new to using hitched, with my listing only being posted for around 3 weeks, and have already had 2 inquiries for weddings as well as a great boost in traffic to my website. Its fantastic platform, and I look forward to seeing how much it helps to grow my business
App keeps freezing and glitching
I’m too early in to give a review of the service Hitched provide, although I’ve heard good things. What I can say is that the app freezes from time to time. I open the app when I get a notification of a new message, and then when clicking on the message, or attempting to scroll the inbox, nothing happens. A little frustrating, I imagine it could be fixed somehow, which would really help us get the best of your service.

Also the Guru they appointed me, Phoebe, came across really well and gave some advice that really work …. Ie don’t just text a reply to a potential client …… call them ! Couples like to reassurance of a phone call and you make a connection
