Balanced workout

The seven minute workout is a good range of activities, not too demanding and can be done at home.
It should probably be done twice, so 14 minutes to keep you ticking over with the 30 second side plank done on one side in the first 7 minutes then swapping to the other side next time.
It’s worth familiarising yourself with the exercises so that the few things that are needed are all too hand.
Not the worse way to spend up to 15 minutes!

It is okay

I got this app to boost my fitness and so i didn’t have to pay like my other app, it did boost my fitness but after my first workout it would only let me choose one of them as the rest i had to get a membership and pay for them. I would recommend this to you if you only want to do the one workout. The good side of it tho is you weigh your self over and over again and it keeps your scores

Perfect for people who hate gyms

I hate gyms & resent having to spend ages on lengthy exercise routines, but lead a very sedentary lifestyle. This app is perfect - I can slot in 7 mins in the morning & do a varied high intensity workout, and it's over before I know it! Ideal for people with busy lives - and challenging enough for me. As I get better, I can always change up or double up to increase the work out.
