I downloaded this app years ago and I have used it on off for years. A few years down the line I came across the flylady method and I was able to set up the app more effectively.

After a long break and having moved house I decided to set it up for my new space so I could start using it again. I used a well known ai tool to make a routine for me specifically for this app. It helped me set up it up in a few minutes which I have never been able to do before, I have adhd and I can become engrossed with making lists and overcomplicated routines which are impossible to stick to.

This app has everything you need to keep on top of your housework without becoming overwhelmed. I tend to overdo it and burn out but I was able to create a more realistic routine. I divided my daily routine into 3 chunks and set up reminders. I use the timer function so I pace myself instead of doing too much at once and burn myself out and I’m aiming to clean for no more than 2 hours a day so 40 minutes each. I find If I’m working against the clock I am more productive in how I use my time and work faster. I was honestly so surprised today how much I got done in one hour I have been frozen unable to initiate any task for three days now! If you have adhd you know what I’m talking about! I’m itching to keep going but it’s late in the evening and I really want to conserve this energy for tomorrow.

I have used this app for years and love it more and more with time. I love that the developers have continued to give it life as iOS updates. It’s so simple and so effective. I initially (16 years ago!) got into the fly lady method to keep my house from CHAOS and that’s somehow how I stumbled on this app. I have used multiple other to do lists over the years but nothing matches the (deceptively) simple way in which this gives me stars for accomplishments which I still need to motivate me to do the little things. And gives me simple tasks to keep the house in order. I accomplished 17 tasks today btw. Go me. So thank you Wunderbear. I don’t know who you are but you are the best!

I saw this app recommended in an online discussion about how to keep on top of housework. We're a big household, busy, and not naturally tidy - we see the mess/chaos once it's built up and then don't know where to start; chipping away as we go along just doesn't come naturally to us. This app has enabled us to distil chores into everyday basics, weekly and fortnightly housework, etc. Now we just need to look at and work through our daily list. With a baby in the equation, we won't be sticking to it too religiously for a while, but it's the strongest starting point we've been at yet. It's great that my partner has the app on his phone too and we can each keep up with what needs doing, wherever we are/if the other is out/without needing to leave lists lying around. If I could work out how to allocate my own dates for different zones (three days for this, four for that, for example), I'd give it five stars. A genuinely helpful app when it comes to trying to run a vaguely orderly, clear and clean home.
