YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE EVERY MONTH (YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD) WITHIN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE END OF THE CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.
The Membership fee is £7.99/month. For first-time customers only, the first month of your HomePass Membership (Promotional Period) is provided at no charge. At the end of the Promotional Period, your Membership automatically converts to a monthly paid Membership unless you cancel your Membership through your account. Other restrictions may apply.
Apple.com/bill appears on your billing statement when your Membership renews.

Plume

It does what it says. I can monitor my internet from wherever I am and see who’s connected. This means I can restrict their access remotely. It was a little tricky to set up initially but all good now. My network keeps dropping out but that’s my internet provider. This system tells me when it’s down and when its back. The integrated speed test is very useful. I will probably get some extra pods when I can afford to do my network gets better around the house.

UPDATE - It’s been fixed.

After a few bugfix updates, the app is working normally again with a great new redesign. Thanks! (Just bring back the per-device usage statistics).

Previous review: When the redesign was first released, it was a little glitchy, but ok. The third tab wouldn’t open, and would simply load infinitely, but it was ok other than that. And it’s a new design, so I was happy to let go of the early flaws in the hope that they’d soon be patched. The bugfixing update has made it unusable. As soon as I open the app, I’m greeted with three “Something Went Wrong - Could not map SubscriptionApiModel to Data” popups. As I close them, more appear. Then a prompt to renew my subscription appears, despite the fact that I have a valid subscription. When you open the third tab, it loads now! Then it hangs. Then crashes. I like the new design. The team at Plume have done a good job of the new design. But the app badly needs some bugfixing.

Logs me out and then asks me to set up the network again

Up until I think the app is great but now this is a serious flaw. The app for some reason logged me out. I log in and now it expects me to go through the whole start up sequence. This is terrible. Why should I have to do this? Disrupt my network because this stupid app cannot recognise the Pods are working correctly. My phone is even connected to a Pod.
You should have a query at login. Do you want to set up your Pod network or Pod network already working and take appropriate action. Please resolve because this is very annoying. I know if no other app which when you login acts like it’s a first install.
