Really amazing app with fantastic customer support

I think this app is absolutely amazing and a fantastic idea! You can save so much and choose whether it’s purchased as a cheaper voucher or a discount paid directly to your landlord towards your rent! Buying a gift card takes seconds and can be stored in your wallet or used straight from the app. I had one issue with a gift card (not Housing perks fault, it was the issuer of the card who had untrained staff who didn’t recognise it as something I was able to use in store), however, Housing perks contacted the issuer on my behalf and I had a refund back into my bank the same day! Customer support is beyond amazing! I’m looking forward to all my savings on this! Thank you so much.

Great customer service

Miss unimpressed
I think it’s a great app and all housing providers should use it, very glad that Hyde Housing do. Extremely easy to use and the thing I really liked was their support team responded to my email within 30 mins, even past 6pm. Got a complete resolution to my issue, not just a polite holding response. Highly recommend and encourage the rest of the G15 to get involved

I’m saving so much money using it and it’s totally free!! If you like the feeling of spending less then this is the app for you.It’s pretty fast so I end up buying a gift card when I’m in the queue to pay in the shop and use it when I get to the cashier so I end up saving about 9% on my shopping.

I made a mistake when ordering a gift card but I got in touch and they sorted it out so I got a full refund. Have used the app for a year or so and it’s so great to be able to make some savings and obviously I now know the customer service is excellent too 😃
